now we're really gonna spend too much money on this site

While wandering around Reprodepot looking for some fabric, we discovered they had stationery on the site too. How fabulous!

We especially loved these mix and match kits. The above is the Lotta Jansdotter edition ($8.95)

And here's one from Angela Adams ($8.95)

herb-tastic

I've always wanted to grow an herb garden in the kitchen. Something small, maybe in a window box on the sunny side of the building...

Well, if I didn't have the black thumb of death I could probably make this little fantasy come true. Especially if I had these great Notes to Grow On (from $4.50-$25) from Lizard Press.

The letterpress cards come with a small packet of seeds and the cards themselves are made from recycled paper.

polite placemats

Here's the thing: we're never quite right at the kitchen table. Usually we're so entranced with the food in front of us (mmm, carbohydrates...) that we're slobbering, talking with our mouths open and using our salad forks for the main entree.

If we had these awesome placemats from ya'll behave ($30 for a pad of 20) we'd surely get our act together. It details all the proper places for utensils (hint: not in your pants) and provides some polite tippery.

dear cab driver...

Prepare for your next night o' drinking with these genius napkin/letter writing templates. Just remember that by "cab driver" we really mean your designated driver or friend who will walk you home, because if you think a real cab driver will follow your drunk ass instructions, you're sadly mistaken my friend.

(Nor do we really want to encourage a cab driver to go looking for cash in our bra/skirt/trousers. Dirty!) [Dear cab driver napkins from the spoon sisters, $3.95 for a pack of 12]

mini datebook

We're obsessed in love with millimeter/milligram so of course we have to share this mini datebook we found on Doe-Sf ($17). In addition to the datebook pages, it also has an address book and a space for notes. And the whole thing is a compact 5" x 4."

it's that kind of party

Letterpress coasters as invitations? GENIUS! ($8.50 for a set of 4 from Orange Button) And hey, if you want to be a little frugal, force your guests to bring their invites to the party. [Via Modish, thanks.]

love in a jar

Make your lover (or, shall we say "luvvah...") work for his/her greeting card with this jigsaw card from Hot Flamingo ($5.95). The resulting message (see below) is refreshingly simple.

suck, write, call, repeat.

Besides the fact that this "cell phone charm" might be ridiculously unwieldy and that "cell phone charms" are kind of inappropriate unless you're a character in a manga comic or a 13 year old girl, this little ditty is pretty dandy. Why? 1) It's a multi-tasker. 2) You'll always have a pen to write pretty letters. 3) All you need is $2.55 (and strapya-world.com) 4) It's a LOLLIPOP. Candy, people! Sweet sweet candy! highlight of my life

Yes, we were the kid who begged her mom for the newest Lisa Frank stationery set. We had a sticker collection. We liked to go school shopping just for the new notebooks. But what is one other geeky secret that we need to share with the world? We LOVE highlighters. (Especially when they come in a 3 pack for $4.99.) There's nothing better than breaking into a new package of highlighters and splaying them out on our desk in a semi-circle of highlighter love. It's sick, we know. (You can also get that pen for $4.19) [via Outblush]

mouse pad notepad

We love multi-taskers around here, so of course this mouse pad notepad from see jane work ($8.50) makes us giggle nerdily in our desk chairs. There are more images from the site below. It's like porn...sweet stationery porn.
